The Maternity Notes service has been replaced with a new service called Badger Notes. Badger Notes provides a more intuitive user experience for managing your healthcare records.

You can access Badger Notes with the same username and password you used with Maternity Notes.

The previous Maternity Notes app will update to Badger Notes as part of the regular updates. Please visit Badger Notes website for more details.
